Lost or Damaged Items Policy

Q. What should I do if I have lost or damaged library materials?
A. You will be asked for compensation of all lost or damaged materials.

Q. What is the compensation procedure for lost or damaged materials?
A. Come to the first floor service counter with your student ID/library user ID and inform the
   librarian that you would like to pay for the lost or damaged materials.
   All payment must be in CASH. Replacement purchases are also accepted.
   You will receive a receipt upon cash payment.

Payment Methods
1) Cash: Round up to nearest 1000 yen for each item with a listed price over 2000 yen.
   (All items costing 2000 yen or less will be charged the flat rate fee of 2000 yen.)
2) Replacement Copy:Bring in a new copy of the lost or damaged book to the first floor
   service counter.
