創立者池田大作先生は、2004年1月22日に中央図書館を訪問され、試験勉強をしている多くの学生を激励し、数々の箴言を贈られました。
未来にわたる図書館の原点となり、そのうちの5つが図書館指針として、永遠に刻まれるものとなりました。
