Materials not held in the Soka University Library can be requested from other library institutions in the following ways.

Types of Request	Content
Registration	Library users must first register to use the online request services.
Photoduplication	Request for copies of articles or other resources from other libraries.
Interlibrary Loan	Request for loans of resources from other institutions.  Loaned materials are for in-library use only.
Letter of Introduction	Request for permission to visit and use the library of other institutions.

You can make online photoduplication requests for materials from other libraries.  Materials can be picked up from the service counter upon arrival.  You will be responsible for all copy fees.
 

You can make online requests for interlibrary loans of books from other libraries.  Materials can be picked up from the service counter upon arrival.  Loaned materials are for in-library use only. 
 

You can make online requests to visit and use the materials of other libraries.
After obtaining permission is granted, we will give you a letter of introduction to present to the other institution at the Service Counter on the 1st floor.

■When you visit libraries at other institutions, be ready to present the letter of introduction 
 and an identification card with you on the reserved date.
